Caitlin & Eric’s Spring Wedding at Hotel Drover

Caitlin and Eric’s Hotel Drover spring wedding on March 22, 2025 was a heartfelt celebration rooted in family, intention, and classic country style. Taking place in the early days of spring, their wedding embraced warm textures, meaningful details, and the iconic architecture of Hotel Drover in Fort Worth, Texas.

From the beginning, Hotel Drover felt like the perfect setting for Caitlin and Eric’s vision. The venue’s Western-inspired design paired beautifully with their country roots, refined and timeless. Additionally, soft spring light and warm tones filled the space, creating an inviting atmosphere throughout the day.

As the celebration unfolded, the venue continued to enhance every moment. From the quiet getting-ready, to the energy of the reception, Hotel Drover provided a seamless and elevated backdrop.

Thoughtful Design and Personal Details

Caitlin and Eric placed a strong emphasis on design throughout their wedding day. With the help of their wedding planner, Clover Event Design the couple featured carefully curated details, including a custom wedding logo, elegant menus, and engraved steak knives for each guest. As a result, every element felt intentional and deeply personal.

Just outside the reception, a vintage Chevrolet truck added a nostalgic touch. Not only did it complement the Hotel Drover aesthetic, but it also became a favorite spot for guest photos. Laughter and conversation filled the space as guests enjoyed this fun and unexpected detail.

A Day Focused on Family

Throughout the day, family played a central role in Caitlin and Eric’s celebration. Rather than rushing through the timeline, they made a point to slow down and be fully present. Whether through greeting guests or sharing quiet moments between parts of the day, they focused on connection.

Because of this intentional approach, the wedding day felt calm and meaningful. Genuine moments unfolded naturally, which allowed the celebration to feel relaxed and deeply personal.

One of the most memorable moments was during Caitlin and Eric’s first look and private vow exchange. Away from the rest of the day’s activity, they shared quiet time together before the ceremony. Their vows felt sincere, emotional, and deeply heartfelt.

As a photographer, documenting this moment was especially meaningful. In contrast to the lively reception later on, this time felt intimate. It also set the tone for the rest of the day and reflected the depth of their relationship.

Caitlin and Eric’s Hotel Drover spring wedding blended thoughtful design with genuine emotion. Every detail felt intentional, from the reception décor to the time they carved out for family. Photographing their wedding was an honor, and their day served as a beautiful reminder that the most meaningful celebrations are rooted in presence, connection, and love.
